Our skincare clinicians are among the most experienced in the area! An experienced clinician will review your skincare goals and help you decide what peel is right for you! First, your skin will be cleansed and dermaplane prior to the peel solution being applied. Chemical peels work from the inside of the skin out and peeling will take days to appear. Downtime maybe expected with these treatments but varies with each one. Lighter superficial chemical peels, such as the Micropeel, cause almost no discomfort afterwards, you can return to their normal activities. On the other end of the spectrum, a more intense peel, such as the Vitalize Peel, 3 Step Peel, or the Micropeel Plus, you will cause visible peeling for about 5-7 days after treatment. Your clinician will provide you with extensive aftercare instructions that will guide you through the peeling process. Most chemical peel appointments last for approximately an hour.
